:: one ::

Exciting week! We finally had wallpaper installed in our dressing rooms at Sugar! It's been a long time coming since we were so tired of the hangers nicking the paint on the wall. We used Thibaut's Guadeloupe from their Jubilee Collection, since it was very Lilly-inspired and as you know we carry Lilly Pulitzer. I am so pleased with how they turned out. The warm pink background really reflects and gives you "color", which is exactly what you want when trying on clothes, right? Big shout out to Greenwood Decorating Center for helping us make this happen. I'll share more photos when we complete the look of both dressing rooms. Off to buy new switchplates, chairs, and such.

Also, at Sugar - THIS amazing tunic (as seen here on McKenna Bleu. Fabulous blog!)
My two favorite colors. Must have!

In love with Rachel Bilson's entire home. Dying over this sofa...

So what the heck am I doing buying new flatware (of all things) I have no idea, but it was just one of those things when I saw it, I had to have it. I'm talking about Horchow's 20 pc Bamboo Flatware that is still available on sale, but several days ago they offered an extra 25% off EVERYTHING, so I snagged them for $17 with free shipping. Score. They still have a great sale running right now, so check it out!

My purchase was justified when I saw them used on this blog.
Gorg, right?

A little inspiration for the weekend...

So incredibly grateful for our military and those who have served this great country. We are forever in debt to you. Hope everyone enjoys this long Memorial Day weekend and remember to say a prayer for our troops!

P.S. Also, if everyone could say a prayer for Chad's grandma McClain, who is not doing well at all right now, that would be appreciated. She is one tough woman, still holding on for now, but the nurses say her days are limited. May God give peace and strength to their entire family as we enjoy precious moments with her She is so loved!!!
